This information notice is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to whoever accesses the website www.gruppopellegrini.it.
This information notice describes the website management procedures we use to process users’ personal data given that, after viewing and/or browsing our website, data concerning identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The information notice is provided for the website www.gruppopellegrini.it only and not for other websites that may be viewed by the user through the links contained in it.

Engitel S.p.A. with offices in Via Antonio Zarotto, 6 – 20124 Milan (MI) has been appointed as Data Processor since entrusted with the website’s technological maintenance.

The data we collect for processing purposes is handled and used exclusively to reply to any applications received in the “work with us” area in strict compliance with the principle of fair conduct and with the provisions of law.

The data collected for processing purposes is processed and used exclusively for:

This is unless legal obligations or other legitimate reasons interrupt, suspend or extend the time periods indicated (for example, following a request by the Judicial Authority).

All data subjects have the right, at any time, to exercise the rights under articles 15-22 of the GDPR and, in particular, to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, in such case, they have the right to access the personal data and the following information:
