Pellegrini has made innovation at the service of its customers one of the cornerstones of its corporate philosophy since the Company’s foundation in 1965.
Starting with catering, in recent years Pellegrini has expanded its commitment to all the other services it provides, namely to research, analyse and develop advanced proposals and solutions that not only meet the demands of customers, but also exceed them where possible.
Today we have decided to “institutionalise” this commitment by creating the Pellegrini Academy, where research and training work together to identify new technical, operational, organisational and management solutions.
The “Wellness Recipes“, the new products in the Arcangeli range and the food education project “The Team of Taste” are just a few of the concrete operational results in recent years.
