The Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year 2011” in the “Food & Services” category

On 23 January 2012 in Milan, in the evocative setting of Palazzo Mezzanotte, a qualified jury chaired by Senator Giampiero Cantoni awarded Ernesto Pellegrini the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year 2011” in the “Food & Services” category: “for giving momentum to his business by allowing it to take on a leadership role in its sector and for his entrepreneurial skills that allowed him to start a process of evolution in the Italian catering sector”.

Now in its 15th edition, the Ernst & Young award for business excellence is sponsored by the Italian Stock Exchange in collaboration with the 24 Ore Group and with the support of L’imprenditore, the monthly magazine produced by the Small Business section of Confindustria.

Ernesto Pellegrini said: “This important recognition is clearly the result of long, dedicated and passionate work over the past 47 years, carried out together with all of Pellegrini’s employees and for this reason, I would like to share it with each and every one of them.”
