50 Years of the Frecce Tricolori

On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September, the 50th anniversary of the founding of the National Aerobatic Team, the Frecce Tricolori, was celebrated at the airport of Rivolto (Udine) in the presence of the Minister of Defence, Ignazio La Russa, and some of the most important military aerobatic teams in the world.
Pellegrini was awarded the Service contract for Catering, which was a challenge due to the significant numbers involved: 400,000 visitors, 300 employees including cooks, personnel and logistics operators, 15 refreshment areas, 45 trucks, 45 tills and 250,000 till entries.
Thanks to the commitment, hard work and great enthusiasm of everyone involved, Pellegrini received positive feedback from Colonel Paolo Tarantino and General Giuseppe Bernardis in recognition of the quality of our service and the important role our company played in contributing to the success of the event.
