Management Structure   A slim and effective Organisational Model
     

Pellegrini supplies its services via five departments operating across the entire national area:

  • Catering Division
    (Divisione Ristorazione)
  • Luncheon Voucher Division
    (Divisione Buoni Pasto)
  • Vending Machines Division
    (Divisione Distribuzione Automatica)
  • Facilities Management Division
    (Divisione Pulizie e Servizi Integrati)
  • Central Food Division - Food and fresh meat supply
    (Divisione Central Food )

The departments are supported by the Administration and Finance Directorate, and those for Control and IT, Human Resources, Quality and Safety.

 

This simple structure makes the rapport with Clients more immediate and effective. The departmental Director responds directly to the Director General and has full operational responsibility for his/her business sector. Operational structures interfacing with day to day Clients are able to rapidly inform the heads of the Company in order to prevent or solve any problem that may arise.
